A: Deltoids
The muscle
group located on the upper arm at the outside of your shoulder.

These are your
chest muscles, and extend from your collar bone to just below your
breasts.

These muscles
are located on the front of your upper arm.

Hand Extensors
The muscles on
top of your forearm, to the left of the bone. These muscles are known
as your hand extensors.

Hand Flexors
With your right
hand out, palm left. The muscles on the underside of your forearm to
the left of the bone. These are used in "flexion" of your
hand.

These are the
stomach muscles.

Teres Major
These back
muscles extend from the top of your shoulder to just below your
shoulder blade.

These muscles
are located directly behind the biceps of the back of your upper arm.

Latissimus Dorsi (Lats)
Primary back
muscles. They extend in a triangular shape from the center of your
back to just below the neck, about three-quarters down.
