Safety Warning

In using ForArms™ Upper Body Gym, it is particularly important to always keep both hands securely gripped on the handles until the exercise is completed. The handles may become slippery if wet. Release of one or both of the handles may cause the device to spring or snap back which may cause physical injury. (Only one person should use the exercise device at a time, and the device should not be rotated more than 360 degrees.)

It is always best to begin any exercise program slowly and to gradually increase the level of effort. Prior to beginning any program of exercise, it is always recommended that a person receive a complete physical examination by a qualified physician. Individuals who suffer medical problems should only use ForArms™ Upper Body Gym with the permission of their treating physicians, particularly individuals who suffer heart disease, chest pain, shortness of breath, high blood pressure, unexplained dizziness, etc. Certain inflammatory problems such as tendonitis, bursitis and art hritis may be aggravated when using ForArms™ Upper Body Gym. If you suspect that you are suffering from any medical problems, please contact your physician prior to the use of ForArms™ Upper Body Gym.

Exercise overexertion may cause dizziness and loss of balance. If you begin to feel dizzy, discontinue the ForArms™ Upper Body Gym exercise immediately. Use ForArms™ Upper Body Gym at room temperature. Do not use in freezing conditions.
